If an opponent captures my pyramid, do I lose power tiles I bought from it?

No. Tiles already bought are permanent and keep working. The capturer only gets the pyramid's benefits: buying tiles of its color and level, teleporting, and the temporary VP of a level 4 pyramid. The owner keeps their tiles and VP tiles.
