Can I own a blue and a red tile with similar abilities?
Forum posters agree and the rulebook wording bars only identical tiles; no official ruling on overlapping tiles.

Yes, if the tiles are not identical. The rulebook bars only tiles with the same effect and illustration, so tiles with similar or overlapping effects (for example Charge and Blades of Neith, or Mummy and Divine Boon) can be owned together, whatever their colours.
