Can I own two identical power tiles, such as two Victory Point or two Act of God tiles?
The rulebook bars identical power tiles; forum posts agree on how to read it.

No. You cannot own two tiles with the same name, effect and illustration, even in different colours (for example, two Victory Point tiles or two Act of God tiles). Tiles with different names can be owned together even if their effects overlap, for example Mummy and Divine Boon.
