How many power tiles can I buy in one Day phase, and can I buy two of the same colour?
The designer confirmed the four-tile case in 2019 and the rulebook states the one-per-colour limit.

Each purchase needs its own action token and only one tile per colour can be bought per Day phase, so normally three. With a fourth (black) pyramid the designer confirmed you can buy four tiles, as long as you end the turn with a token on every level of your board.
