Can you use a book, voucher or time bank gained from advanced training or certification on the same turn?
Several experienced players agree on this; there is no official ruling.

No — a book, voucher or time bank gained from advanced training or certification is taken at once but only becomes usable after your turn ends, under the Golden Rule. Some players argued for same-turn use; the Golden Rule reading is the better supported.
