In EV, Nice Sandra pays points only for banked shifts above 5 (the earlier uncapped version paid too much), and she evaluates only players who have trained: if nobody has moved past the 0 space on a training track she evaluates no one there. Regular Sandra is the default way to play; Nice Sandra is an optional variant.
