How much is a Tested Design worth at final scoring?
Each Tested Design is worth 1 plus the number of times its part has been upgraded (the Upgrade Value track), and each scores separately — once, not multiplied by the number of cars you own (only end-of-week scoring counts per car). Upgraded parts without a matching car score nothing.
