How many family pieces does the Crown use, and do two-player games still give it two colours?
The designer confirmed it and the rulebook's Crown setup says the same.

The Crown has 36 family pieces (two colours' worth, instead of the usual 18) and can use all of them if needed. This holds in two-player games too, even though the Crown counts as one family there.
