What determines the Crown's climate in solo play? Is it random?
It is not random. The Crown turns Peacock-like when Company expectations are low, debt is high, the Company controls no regions, the Crown has full military control, its treasury is low, or it has few writers. Holding shares or the Chairmanship alone does not decide it.
