How does a cascade close orders, and what if two paths lead to the same order?

When you must close an order but every order in that region is already closed, close all open orders connected to it; a connected order that is already closed is replaced by the northernmost open order in its region. A shared target is closed only once, and a region can cascade only once per event tile.
