How does the yellow Mosque tile work, and when can I use it?
The rulebook's note says "from another place", while a developer-style reply says any place is allowed after moving; replies disagree.

Once per turn you may pay 2 Lira to return one of your Assistants to your Merchant stack, so even a lone Merchant can still move. It does not replace the pick-up or drop-off you still need at your target. The rulebook note says the Assistant comes from another Place. To take back the Assistant from where your Merchant stands, move first and then use the tile; a Pegasus developer reply says that works. You may use it before or after you move.
