When do I get the Ruby from a Mosque?
The rulebook says taking both tiles of a Mosque earns one Ruby from it.

Once you own both tiles of one Mosque, you take 1 Ruby from that Mosque, only once per Mosque. They have to be the Mosque's two different tiles, not two copies of one. You can therefore get at most one Ruby from each Mosque, plus one for completing your wheelbarrow.
