Discard Letters worth 6 seals to take the next Ruby from the Sultan's Palace, Gemstone Dealer or Coffee House. The Lira bonus goes to the first three players to do it (3, 2, 1), with the tile showing which. It can be used as often as you like, and you need not place a disc on the Lira.
