Does an early-ended turn stop a delivery, can I deliver two Letters at once, and can I use the seals the same turn?

Delivery does not depend on Assistants or on paying other Merchants, so a turn that ends early does not stop it. You deliver all matching Letters for that place at once, and the seals count immediately, so you can use them the same turn. A Letter you receive from the Kiosk is delivered on your next turn when one of your tokens is on its place.
