Where do played and discarded bonus cards go, and what happens when the deck runs out?
The rulebook states the discard pile and reshuffle procedure.

Every played or discarded Bonus card goes face up onto the discard pile at the Caravansary (6). When the draw pile runs out, shuffle the discard pile to make a new face-down draw pile. Other ways of drawing (the Governor, catching a Family Member) always draw from the face-down deck, never from the discard pile; only the Caravansary action may take from it.
