Do crewmembers sent to Resting Crew keep their rank sleeves?
Yes. Crew assigned to a Ship task move to Resting Crew but stay in their rank sleeve, so they remain Section members until they die or are dismissed. Sleeves are limited, which caps the number of Rank 1, 2 and 3 crew.
