If the demand draws a red 10, every hand, board and score pile is removed from the game (only the supply and achievements stay) and the Dogma action ends. A non-red 10 stays in the drawer's hand. If the demand does not blow things up, players who share the second effect return a top card from a board (other than Fission) and draw a 10.
