How does Endorse work?
Endorse executes the dogma twice (including echoes, which are non-demand effects) after sharing, at the cost of tucking a card from hand under the pile of its own color (a new pile if you have none). The tuck is paid first so its icons count and its echoes join the dogma. You can endorse a City itself to re-use its echoes.
