How does Dancing Girl's compel-and-win dogma resolve?

Compel, sharing and demand status are set at the start of the Dogma action, while icon counts are evaluated when each effect executes. In a 2v2 game the win cannot happen since you cannot compel your teammate, and the designer said the text should probably read "transfer Dancing Girl to your board".
