Does the starting Brenn keep the title into round one?
The rulebook says the Brenn changes only at the Assembly's step 1 and stays if the Capital has no chieftain.

Only until the first Assembly. The random Brenn chooses the Capital and places the first clan, but at step 1 of the first Assembly the Brenn becomes the chieftain of the Capital, if there is one; with a tie or no chieftain the Brenn stays as is.
