The designer clarified Coalition's whole-card limit and the ally's movement; players agree on Feth Fiada's "one or more".

Feth Fiada says one or more clans, so you must move at least one if you can. Coalition's limit of three clans is for the whole card, and the allied opponent may move only from the same start territory to the same destination, to one adjacent territory.
