When can Raid or Warlord be played in response to an Attack?
The rulebook says Triskel cards are played after the maneuver, including after anything played in response.

Only after the attack maneuver is fully resolved, meaning the attacked player has lost a clan or discarded an Action card. Opponents cannot interrupt the attack itself. Raid can also be played by a lone remaining player right after the last opposing clan is removed.
