Can I play Warlord in response to Ogma's Eloquence played as a maneuver?
No. Ogma's Eloquence ends the clash at once and Inis has no response step, so Warlord cannot follow it; an earlier reply that suggested otherwise was overturned. You also cannot play Ogma's Eloquence if you have no exposed clans, since only players with exposed clans take maneuvers.
