Yes. Bard is played when one of your maneuvers removes an opposing clan, so it resolves before the after-maneuver window for Raid and Warlord, and several Triskel cards may respond to the same maneuver. Players generally read a clan removed by Raid as not triggering Bard, since Raid is played after the maneuver rather than being part of it.
