How does the Citadel Action card work with Advantage cards?
The designer confirmed you can play the taken Lost Vale at once, and players agree on the rest.

You can take the territory's Advantage card if it has not been played yet, whether it is in another player's hand or lying unclaimed, and you may then play it immediately (for example the Valley or Lost Vale). A card in an opponent's hand cannot be saved in time once Citadel is played. An Advantage card is revealed as soon as its territory tile enters play.
