How do I resolve the Mauryan bot's 'Other' row?

Follow the punctuation: acquire a green card if one is in the market (the bot takes Unrest too), then return a region from the bot discard if present, then top dynasty card to discard, then the triggering card goes into history. As Barbarian it does each sentence in order.
