How do I get Fame cards, and where do unchosen ones go?

Mostly via Glory: abandon three regions, draw the top two face-down Fame cards, keep one and put the other back face down on top of the Fame deck. You must have three regions to play Glory. King of Kings can only be taken when it is the last Fame card, and ends the game.
