If the bot can't fill its row from its draw deck, where do cards come from?

Add the top dynasty card to the bot discard, reshuffle and keep filling; once the bot deck is empty fill directly from the dynasty deck. The bot may add several dynasty cards in one clean-up, unlike a player.
