When you put several cards into Legends at once with Whakapapa in play, how many Unrest can you return?

Question

Accepted Answer

Probably just one. Whakapapa's text triggers on putting "1 or more" cards into Legends, so a single action that moves several cards at once most likely gives one Unrest return, not one per card. Repliers lean this way, but there is no official ruling.
