Does running out of the main deck trigger game end even if suit-specific mini-decks still have cards?
The rulebook lists an empty Main deck as a Scoring trigger; a designer post is consistent.

Yes. Emptying the main deck still triggers game end, even while the smaller decks still hold cards.
