If I ignore or defend against a bot's attack row, what still happens?

Ignoring an attack blocks only the effects that negatively target you, such as steal, abandon, recall or discard. A blocked effect counts as unable, so any 'if unable' fallback still happens, but defending does not undo effects that already happened, such as the bot abandoning one of its own Regions.
