How do Taino Agriculture and Soil Rotation interact on grain icons?

Agriculture treats only one grain icon as three production icons for the rest of the turn, while Soil Rotation treats all grain icons as production. Order matters: playing Soil Rotation first turns the grain icons into production, leaving Agriculture nothing to convert, whereas exhausting Agriculture first yields the larger total.
