How many Unrest cards are used in a solo or 2-player game?
Best-supported reading: one forum poster gives the count and the rulebook only says to remove 3+ and 4-player cards; no ruling states the number.

Eight. The other four Unrest cards are only for 3-player and 4-player games, and cards are removed by player count.
