Can I spend, move or score resources that sit on a card?
No. Resources on cards, yours or the Market's, are not in your pool, so they cannot be paid, moved or scored unless an effect says so. The Taino are the exception for scoring only: their tokens on cards count at Scoring, but even they cannot spend them.
