Does Blood Oath trigger when I gain Unrest through acquiring a card, or only when I take it?

It triggers whenever you get Unrest, including when acquiring a card. Taking Unrest means taking it from the market or the common Unrest pile. Moving Unrest from your own nation deck does not count as taking it.
