Are Chaos cards in the Chaos pile scored for or against the Cultists at game end?
The rulebook says the Chaos pile does not count for Collapse; community posts extend this to scoring.

No. The Chaos pile is not part of the Cultist deck, discard, or play area, and it works like the Unrest pile. Chaos cards in the pile are not scored, and the Cultists do not lose points for them.
