At the end of each round, after the last player before the solstice card finishes their turn. Every player resolves all Solstice keywords on their play-area cards and power card, usually at the same time, in an order they choose. Choosing the order lets one effect (such as City's materials) fund another. If order between players matters, resolve one at a time in player order.
