King of Kings cannot be drawn while at least one face-down fame card remains: you take that card instead. When you would look at fame cards and none are face down, you resolve King of Kings and flip it, which triggers the game end. Once it is face down, looking at or drawing fame cards resolves its B-side effect and leaves it in place. Each player can trigger King of Kings (either side) only once per game.
