Which gained cards are visible to other players?

Cards added from the nation deck or development area are face up into your discard, so everyone sees them (and you may look at them as you add them). Fame cards go to your hand face down. A break through is visible when you take it from the market or an open pile and hidden when you take it from a face-down deck.
