When I take a card showing both civilised and uncivilised icons, which deck refills the slot?
A designer post and a community post agree; no direct ruling on dual-icon cards.

The slot refills from the uncivilised deck while it has cards, then from the main deck, since cards with both icons count as uncivilised for setup. The two leftmost slots under the main deck always refill from the main deck regardless of the card type taken.
