What does the bot do when it reveals an Unrest card?

It returns the Unrest to the unrest pile and does not treat it as 'other' or use the nation chart; this comes from the errata (later printings of the solo rules include it). Unrest the bot gains from your cards or from its own chart actions goes on top of its draw deck.
