It follows the Power's own restrictions: same target land, same piece types and counts. It applies only to Devouring Teeth's own Powers, so it does not apply to Damage from Gift of Searing Heat. It also applies when a Power makes Invaders damage other Invaders, if that Power itself is dealing the Damage.
