Hive
Is there a draw by repetition in Hive?
The rulebook allows an agreed draw in a forced repetition; the automatic rule is a software feature.

Not as a fixed rule. The rulebook says a draw may be agreed if both players are forced to repeat the same two moves with no way to resolve the stalemate. Some software, such as Boardspace, enforces its own repetition rule.
