Hive
Can I place a Beetle directly on top of the Hive or on another piece?
The rulebook's Beetle section says so explicitly.

No. Every piece, Beetles included, is introduced onto the table at ground level next to your own pieces. A Beetle can only get on top of the Hive later, by moving there.
