Yes, as long as it is not covered by a Beetle and has not been frozen by the opponent's Pillbug, though the moved piece must still obey the One Hive rule and gate limits. The Pillbug rules sheet adds that a Mosquito can mimic the ability even when the Pillbug itself is immobile.
