Can I use a bonus marker, such as Extra Office, on the action that ends the game?

A marker you already held from an earlier action can be used within the game-ending claim if it applies to that claim (for example Extra Office). A marker gained in that action cannot be used, and markers that would be separate actions after the ending action cannot be used.
