Can I place more than one Extra Office in the same city, and does it count for control and networks?
Community posters agree there is no per-city limit, and the rulebook says extra offices rank lowest on control ties.

Yes. There is no per-city limit (only five markers exist), each use adds one more office to the left, and these offices count for city control and for your largest network, but they lose control ties.
