How do the Coellen prestige spaces work, and can I take more than one?
The rulebook says Coellen spaces take a route merchant, may be skipped, and score at game end.

Claiming the Coellen-Warburg route lets you place a merchant from that route on any empty prestige space your privilege reaches, in any order. You may do it on every claim, and one player can hold several spaces. The merchant must be one of the pieces from the claimed route, and Swap Offices cannot move them.
