In Britannia, can the 'Place two Resources' marker put one piece each in Scotland and Wales?
A forum reply the designer endorsed and a later poster citing the Big Box wording ("Wales and/or Scotland") agree.

Yes. You may put one piece in Scotland and one in Wales, or both in the same country. The marker uses stock pieces, not supply, and Scotland exists only on the 4-5 player side.
