In Britannia, if I lose my rightmost office and am displaced in Scotland, can I place the extra pieces from stock?

Yes. The displaced player places the displaced piece and the extra pieces from the stock on legal adjacent routes. Coming from Scotland these are blue or white routes, not red; coming from Wales, red or white, not blue. The designer endorsed this reply.
